This course gives you the necessary knowledge and exercises to dive safely and independently with a freediving partner to a depth of 10 to 20 meters. Start your freediving career with this fascinating program.
Our professional freediving instructors will accompany you on your new adventure for 2 days.
Theoretical preparation is provided by the digital SSI learning system.
The training for the SSI Freediver Level 1 includes workshop modules such as:
- fins, immersion and breathing techniques
- 2 practical freediving sessions in the pool or limited open water to a maximum depth of 5 meters
- 2 additional open water sessions at a depth of 10 to 20 meters max.
After all that and a written exam you will receive your SSI Freediver Level 1 certificate from us.
